Note. The Coos County CHL application has the following question:

T / F I have been discharged from the jurisdiction of the juvenile court for more than four years if, while a minor, I was found to be within the jurisdiction of the juvenile court for having committed an act that, if committed by an adult, would constitute a felony involving violence, as defined in ORS 166.470.

Obviously, if you've never been in juvenile court, this does not apply and there is no right answer. They insist that because it says "if" while a minor, the correct answer for those who were never in juvenile court is "true." We think this is some really poor wording.
