Notes:
Will not mail an application. They can be picked up at any police
station or sheriff's office. You do have to have an appointment
to turn it in and have it processed. That would take place at
the Sheriff's office. Do not need references for a renewal.
They do background check and you cannot carry your gun into
school, church, federal buildings, etc. ("Common Sense
Places")
