Applications are available in the Sheriff's Records Division Monday through Friday (except holidays) from 8:30 a.m. to noon and 1:00p.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may also call 541-265-4912 and request that an application be mailed to you.
After returning the completed application, you need to schedule an appointment for you to turn in your application, be photographed and fingerprinted. The fee at the time of the appointment is $65.00, and the license is valid for four (4) years. For more detailed information call 541-265-4912.
