Gun classes offered at Blue Mountain Community College only. For application they have you come and get finger printed and photographed and fill out your application all at the same time. No appointment is necessary, but call first, there must be two people working in the office and after noon is a better time. Application process at Sheriff's office. Background check. No references needed for renewal. She was not sure if there were any specific places in Morrow county where you could not carry except for the “obvious."
