Note. HR 45, The Blair Holt Firearms Licensing Act of 2009, is
NOT "flying under the radar," is NOT slipping quietly by most gun
owners, and is NOT likely to go anywhere anytime soon. It's sponsored
by one Chicago area, former Black Panther and has no co-sponsors.
There are plenty of things to worry about, but right now this is
not one of them. Furthermore, there is
no Federal bill pending that would require you to list your guns
on your income tax forms. The currently circulating rumors about
a fictional bill "SB 2099" are just that. Bogus.
